Overview
The Department of Physics was established in 2017. The Physics subject is offered to undergraduate students. The department also conducts Certificate Courses and Value Added Courses for all students and Remedial classes for slow learners. The Syllabus of the core course is prescribed by AKNU, Rajamahendravaram. However, the syllabus for Certificate Courses and Value Added Courses are designed by staff of this department. The department has a well equipped laboratory. The department has flexibility in conducting tests, tutorials, seminars etc. The staff is very active in extension activities on environmental related issues and use of renewable energy such as solar energy.
